Hot tea: the best brewing temperature is 80-90C, brew for 5-7 mins
Cold tea: the best brewing temperature is 80-90C, brew for 5-7 mins, 10-15 ice cubs in the jug and leave for 20 mins for coldness! Can add extra mint.
